It seems that TDC want to listen (for a change?) and are sending out surveys "at random".

As always we can expect the usual level of "fairness" and total "lack" of bias. (yeah right!)

Visit the page while you can TDC are well known for changing url's and site content faster than they take "late payers" to court.

Apparently:

"It’s part of a national initiative, which will see the results being compared by central government with other councils across the country. The surveys have to be carried out by local councils once every three years."

So we can expect to see the normal lack of change then.
