Given the general lack of ability to do much about the ammount of rubbish being dumped at the moment I thought I would ask other thanet dwellers what they feel we could do to reduce things like fly tipping.

Back on topic what do the members and readers feel we can actually do to reduce this?

Ideally we could start catching these people and making them clean it up but as that seems unlikely what is there that can be done?
