Rubbish at rubbish

example: council refuses to address x and y.
example: my rubbish is not collected and rats have moved in

Joy when I received wheelie bins before Christmas was shortlived. In the two months of the new refuse collection scheme I have dutifully seperated my recycling waste to have it collected only twice! Last little excuse was a millimetre of snow which somehow prevented anyone at TDC from working, especially those employed as refuse collectors. Never mind said TDC we will be round again in two weeks time and any extra should be left in bags which we will pick up. Did they? Did they heck! Point blank refused to take bags. So - 24hrs later they still sit at the front of houses. No doubt I will eventually have take mine down to the skip!

I understand that the reason

I understand that the reason why rubbish was collected ever 7 days was that the life cycle of that carrier of disease is 14 days and fortnightly collection leads to sickness, disease and early death. However the tiny comfirt is that we re not the only people beingabused by our council.

It doesn't help much though does it.
