You have been selected to answer or to communicate with your other members of the authority you represent to answer with or for them the questions we have raised.

In these articles it is identified that Thanet Council illegally summoned members of the public to court and through force of bulk and number caused a large number of breaches of Human Rights and basic honest-to-god fairness.
They did this without evidence and were able to secure a burden of proof scenario best known as guilty until proven innocent which contravenes the common law on England, Wales and Scotland.
What are you doing to protect the poor of Thanet?
What will you specifically do to provide remedial relief to the victims of the council?
How will you act to ensure this does not happen again?

Freedom of Information Request.
Submitted by Lord Matt on Mon, 2006-10-23 10:09.This is a freedom of information request for the address (location) of the new Dental Surgry due to be opened by the Associated Dental Practices (ADP) at the end of November.
The people of thanet deserve to know how thier money is being spent. The desires of private businesses should never over-ride the rights of the public.

Unhappy about the councils plans for Margate Library.
Submitted by Lord Matt on Sat, 2006-07-08 10:15.We are not happy with the councils plans to "take over" the library, displacing the arts and many other vital educational resources. The issue is highlighted here:
