They did this without evidence and were able to secure a burden of proof scenario best known as guilty until proven innocent which contravenes the common law on England, Wales and Scotland. What are you doing to protect the poor of Thanet? What will you specifically do to provide remedial relief to the victims of the council? How will you act to ensure this does not happen again?

This is a freedom of information request for the address (location) of the new Dental Surgry due to be opened by the Associated Dental Practices (ADP) at the end of November. The people of thanet deserve to know how thier money is being spent. The desires of private businesses should never over-ride the rights of the public.

We are not happy with the councils plans to "take over" the library, displacing the arts and many other vital educational resources.
