Breaches of law by Thanet District Council
"I was sworn in (on the Bible) and asked my address, which I gave. The councils Court Officer read out the cause of summons getting my address wrong in the process..."
Thus begins the story of The Council, The courts and the breaches of law. It continues with a victim denied the right to present evidence in defence - the victim started to present evidence but "I... was stopped and costs were [then] awarded against me."
What this appears to ammount to is an unfair trail and multiple breaches of the both common law and satutes.
"Were it a deliberate action it would be considered a criminal act." states the essay which after indicatingthat it was potentially diliberate concludes by saying: "Finally, it is my opinion... that the principal of vicarious liability applies... the council itself and specifically the leader of the council are therefore liable for the misconduct and breaches of the law resulting in emotional distress for... people similarly summoned in breach of the law and due process...".
