Thanet Council - Information and Critique

This message is to draw your attention to and proclaim support for the victims of the misconduct of Thanet Council. You have been selected to answer or to communicate with your other members of the authority you represent to answer with or for them the questions we have raised. This message by be resent by any member of the public so desiring answers and you are advised to publicly address an answer. They did this without evidence and were able to secure a burden of proof scenario best known as guilty until proven innocent which contravenes the common law on England, Wales and Scotland. What are you doing to protect the poor of Thanet? What will you specifically do to provide remedial relief to the victims of the council? How will you act to ensure this does not happen again?

Thus begins the story of The Council, The courts and the breaches of law. It continues with a victim denied the right to present evidence in defence - the victim started to present evidence but "I... was stopped and costs were [then] awarded against me."

What this appears to ammount to is an unfair trail and multiple breaches of the both common law and satutes.

Those of you odd enough to follow me arround the internet will know I don't exactly have a high opinion of the police anymore.

I wonder why.

A few lads set up a video then a few more stage a break and enter on the home they livein while a crowd of police fail to react. All real apart from the crime which was fake.

From now on new users will not be able to use blogs, html or most of the adanced features. This is because of on going abuse. Once you have become a member and have taken part by posting a few messages, comments, etc make a psot int he site talk forum and request a free membership upgrade to "helpfull user" you will then be able to post pictures, html, polls, blogs and much more.

Why is that when I need vital information from the council's own website I am faced with http error codes.

For example I need to contact my new councillors for the ward I am in as a matter of extreme urgency. (no kidding this is some bad stuff I need to address).

However for some reason I must have a user name and password to access the councillors contact information.

Does anyone know what this user-name and password combo might be?

I'm happy to say that I will be voting against the current Dane Valley councillors as they refuse to do their job, reply to the people they represent or even make an effort to pretend they give a damn. Whoever is left - they get my vote regardless of the party they stand for.

Well that's my vote sorted out - what about anyone else?

What are our councilors thinking? After an extensive search I can find no details of the candidates anywhere.

Is there any surprise that no one votes?

Does any one have anything like a decent rundown of who and where?

Heritage idea for Dreamland site, says BBC Report but we ask if it is already over.

"A heritage amusement park is being suggested as a potential future plan for the Dreamland funfair site in Margate, Kent." Reports the BBC.

The idea proposed by the Save Dreamland Campaign would see the site become a cross between a funfair and a live musiuum.
